Taxes-refunds-wizard is a private automation application operated by Bina for scheduling demonstrations of a tax refund wizard.
The application uses Google OAuth only for the permissions explicitly authorized by the user.

The application may process customer names, email addresses, scheduled meeting dates and times, Zoom meeting links, and Google Calendar event information required for scheduling.
Information is used only to create Zoom meetings, send meeting invitations, create calendar events, and update the associated customer scheduling records.
Personal information is not sold or used for advertising. Information is shared with Google and Zoom only as necessary to provide the scheduling functions requested by the user.
OAuth credentials and automation data are stored locally on the authorized operator's computer and are used only for the operation of the scheduling system.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account security settings.
